• Our company is registered with Singapore ACRA (UEN: 200008013N) in the 2000s and we have been one of the authorised branded perfume resellers in Singapore ever since. 

• We only source from proper distributors in Singapore! We save you the trouble of browsing through the countless counterfeits online and provide assurance that you only get the authentic products you deserve! 

• We also have a physical outlet situated at 100 Jalan Sultan, Sultan Plaza #01-12B, Singapore 199001. You are welcome to visit us for any issues, return/exchange products with possible factory defects or suspect counterfeits.

• We accept full refund for confirmed cases of factory defects, provided our customers check and inform us at 88817654 (with clear photos and order number) within 2 calendar days upon successful delivery. 

• All returns or exchanges due to a change of mind can be done; subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Product must be in the original purchase condition – product has to be unused, and packaging has to be unaltered in any manner.

  • This policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.

  • For returning/exchanging products, shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by us.

  • We encourage you to come to our physical outlet for refund/return/exchange issues for a more satisfactory resolution in the quickest time possible.

Yes and Yes!

• We allow self-collect at our physical retail shop at 100 Jalan Sultan, Sultan Plaza #01-12B, Singapore 199001.

• You can also make payment at our shop directly if you prefer. We accept cash, NETS, credit card, FavePAY, ShopeePay and PayNow at our physical retail shop.

• We are open from Monday to Friday, 930am to 530pm (excluding Public Holidays). Do contact us at 88817654 before visiting to prevent disappointment and wasted trip!

• We are also on Shopee and Lazada as For Kanso Fragrance! Prices and offers on different platforms may differ from time to time due to platform promotions.

They are almost the same thing, except cheaper.

• Tester perfumes are 100% authentic and original. The perfume quality is exactly identical to the regular perfume. 

• The only difference is the external packaging of the tester perfume is usually less fancy and comes in a plain box with no commercial design. 

• In some products, the tester perfumes do not have a fancy cap that the regular perfumes may have as well.

• The tester perfumes that we sell are unused and brand new in box.

  • We are using our in-house delivery services at the moment *(subject to change) and you could contact us at 88817654 or onlineadmin@forkanso.sg to check on the status of your confirmed purchase order. Provide us the following information clearly to ensure a smooth and quick response time:

  • Alternatively, you can make payment and self-collect straight away at our store during opening hours too (Mon-Fri: 930am-530pm).

Upon successful confirmation of your order, your loots will reach you in 1-5 working days!

• We are using our own in-house delivery services at the moment *(subject to change), so rest assured that we will handle your goods with care as we understand how expensive the cost of these products is!
